The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. It made it easy to explore the city and soak in the Christmas atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.
The room was a bit small and cramped, especially for a longer stay during the Christmas period. There wasn't much space to store our luggage and move around comfortably.

This hotel is a great choice for a stay in this city. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic centre and just a stone's throw away from the metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. The service here is impeccable, with attentive staff providing great room service and housekeeping. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, are top-notch and make for a comfortable stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in Naples. The room was exquisitely decorated with elegant furnishings and had a fine balcony with an very nice view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The staff, especially Antonio and Ada, were helpful and professional. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

It was in the center of all the action, close to the best restaurants and easy to walk to all the attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there were facilities like Netflix available for entertainment.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit difficult to find initially, but once inside, everything was perfectly safe and well-organized.

We had the best stay at a hotel in the heart of this city. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to all the main sights. It was great to be able to explore the old town on foot, and we even had a beautiful view of the city and the castle from our room. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by room service every morning.
